We are conveniently located in the Health Center at Western Reserve in Hudson. We are located on the 3rd floor, suite 303. There is plenty of surrounding parking, and handicap spaces are conveniently located on both sides of the building. The office enjoys the amenities of on site radiology (xray, CT scan , MRI), a state of the art fitness center, and physical therapy, all in a modern, beautiful setting.

We are closed for lunch from 12-1.
Please schedule your appointment in advance, if possible, for routine care.
We have open slots for acute visits daily, such as sore throats, sinus infections, coughs, etc. We will do our best to accomodate your needs as soon as possible. Our goal is to get you seen quickly and keep you in good health. We always do whatever we can to accomodate unexpected health problems, and our staff is trained to take care of your needs quickly and professionally.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please try to give the office 24 hours notice.
After-hours and emergencies:
After regular office hours, on weekends, or on holidays, your call to our office will be answered by a professional answering service and all emergency related calls will be relayed to your physician. Your doctor, or the doctor on call, will return your call as soon as possible. All non-emergent calls, such as prescription refills, insurance referrals or scheduling/canceling of appointments should be done during regular office hours. In the event of a serious or life- threatening medical emergency, please go directly to the emergency department at the nearest hospital covered under your insurance plan.
Fees and Billing:
Our billing office will be glad to file your insurance claim. Please bring your insurance identification card to each visit. Insurance co-payments are due at the time of service. We will do our best to help you understand our services and billing procedures as they relate to insurance coverage in general. We ask that you become familiar with your insurance plan and know its coverage limits. We cannot be held responsible for benefit plan exclusions. Our fee for no-show appointments will be $20 if a cancellation call is not received prior to your visit, and $50 for missed “complete physical” appointments, as these take up a large block of scheduled time.
Prescriptions and Refills:
Please bring a list of all prescriptions you are taking to your appointment. New and refill prescriptions should be obtained during your office visit. If your medication runs out before your next visit, please call the office and ask for the prescription line, where you will be directed to leave the name and dosage of the drug, the name and phone number of your pharmacy, and any other pertinent information.
Phone messages requiring a response from your physician will be addressed by the end of the day. All emergency calls will be addressed immediately.
Managed care insurance plan referrals: Referrals/precerts required by your managed care insurance company are usually done within 48 hours after your visit to our office. The specialist and/or patient is sent a copy of the referral for his/her records. When you have follow up appointments that are not covered in your initial referral, it is your responsibility to notify our office in advance of these appointments so that a referral can be processed in a timely manner. Most insurance plans will not accept a retroactive referral. Due to the high volume of referrals, we are unable to do same day referrals.
Your medical records are held in strict confidence. If you would like your insurance company, your attorney, or other third party to receive information from your records, we must receive a written request with your signed and dated authorization.
